I am over the moon excited to announce that TruGlam will REOPEN on Friday, May 15th.
I am personally taking on the task of enjoying this opportunity to reconnect with increased awareness in making a safe transition. With that comes a bit of housekeeping so let’s address that first because we have VERY exciting news to share!
HOUSEKEEPING: We will be temporarily honoring a new code of conduct.
Masks will be required. If you do not have your own mask, disposable masks will be available for $3 purchase.
We will be observing a strict capacity limit inside the studio. Please stay in your car until you receive a text advising you to come up to the studio. This will ensure our adherence to social distancing as much as possible.
If you are are feeling ill at all, please reschedule.
Note: If this is the reason for your rescheduling, there will be a 14 day hold period before you may reschedule. This is to ensure the health and safety of you, other client-friends, our staff and all of our families.
While we truly do honor to benefits and power of community we are asking that until further notice, no guests be brought to your appointments.
In this navigation through this transition, we are tapping in to ways that we can better serve and improve. As licensed professionals we have always taken sanitation and Universal Precautions as our basic standard of practice. In consideration of ensuring the most healthy of spaces, additional measures will be taken to re-sanitize common spaces in the lobby of the studio between clients. This may result in some variation in the start times of your appointments. We would like to extend our gratitude for your patience in advance. We are identifying more ways of making this as seamless as possible with future appointment dates.
As of today, a credit card will be required to book future appointments. A This is to create a no contact payment method for you as well as a means to enforce our same day cancellation policy. This policy is only meant to honor respect of time as an unsustainable resource. Same-day cancellation charges are discretionary and will be communicated through all available avenues if enforcement is decidedly necessary.
In addition to this policy, new clients will be charged a 10% deposit. Also, if your account has same-day cancellations, the system will also require a 10% deposit at the time of booking.
Updated client intake forms will be sent out at the beginning of this coming week. If you are scheduled for the reopening weekend, please complete this form prior to your appointment. If you are not scheduled, you will be prompted to fill out your intake form during your next appointment booking.

So what’s new since we have been apart? I’m so glad you asked! I have been very busy with developing numerous ways to connect with all of you with both products and services.
On April 15th, we proudly announced the launch of our very own skincare line, GLEAUX! It has been personally developed, formulated and handcrafted by yours truly. Containing only the best in natural ingredients, GLEAUX has been created to be a results based skincare line that you can afford to achieve the beautiful skinthat you deserve. GLEAUX is available online for purchase and will also be available in studio.
The reception of GLEAUX has been phenomenal and so humbling. Thank you so much to all of you that follow us on social media and were already made aware of its launch and made your purchases. I believe in this line so much and have so many plans for its continued journey.

SKINCARE:
Vajacials: A service some have requested and received is now going to be a permanent service. This is perfect for reducing and removing ingrown hairs, dark spots and improving the overall texture and tone of the Brazilian area.
Brown lamination: The beauty craze that has the internet all a buzz has landed. Increasing the appearance of brow fullness this process is the perfect addition to your regular brow maintenance appointment.
Dermaplaning: This is not necessarily a new service to TruGlam but rather is being reintroduced. A deeper exfoliating treatment that is performed with a surgical blade to remove the top layer of dead skin cells and the finest of facial hair allows for the penetration of products and promotes healthy skin rejuvenation. Service will be available beginning June 1, 2020

Yes you read that right! Permanent makeup, ladies and gents. You asked and we delivered. Starting June 1, we will begin to accept appointments for ombré/powder, strokes and combo brows. This service is perfect for the person that wants the option to not fill in their brows every day and wants fuller, natural looking brows. The results last 12-24 months. *More information to be released at a later date.
